Scenes and drawables
Warp does not expose a single Unity-like scene/entity/component vocabulary in the inspected public-facing source. Its current engine vocabulary is closer to a project renderer plus a RenderContext, scene-layer registries, image/atlas resources, and draw buffers.
The primitive path is explicit: projects push rectangles, lines, circles, images, and effects into the context for the current frame. Scene-layer infrastructure supplies typed or byte-oriented layer instances to the renderer, while the project retains ownership of what those layers mean.
For that reason, this documentation uses “scene” carefully. A project can render a scene, and the editor has a Game/Hierarchy surface, but the source does not establish a finished general-purpose ECS authoring workflow. Do not assume that a component inspector or visual scene serialization exists simply because the editor has an Inspector panel.
